I have decided to slip the confines of United States, if only for a short while, and to do so effectively, I require a U.S. passport. I understand the passport is an Official Government Document and I must complete the application fully and truthfully, to the best of my knowledge.

As you probably know, the ineptitude of the first Trump administration has carried over into the second, including a new federal definition of "Sex" by Executive Order. Seeking to sound like their bullshit is based in science, the fuckwit's advisors applied their fetal fetishism and came up with an "at conception" assignment of biological sex. Those who paid attention in high school biology understand this renders all humans female.

I would like to just ignore it and laugh it off, but an Executive Order is a real thing in terms of policymaking, I know that this one exists, and I know it makes me legally female.

So when I fill out my passport application (a federal document) and submit it to the US Postal Service (a federal office), and the photo I submit will not carry the expected visual cues (I have a full beard and moustache) for my new biological sex, am I going to get shit for it? Will my application be rejected? Will I be exposed to legal liabilities for comporting with my new sex designation?

We cannot laugh it off, and we cannot ignore it. Please bring this important matter to public attention, in hopes that Madam President will clarify the Order.
